The first tracked locality to hit the market of the most common species in the hobby. While appearance and behavior is exactly the same as the untracked localities in the hobby, some hobbyists and researchers may find it preferable to know where their culture originated from (in this case the forest floor of Oglesby, Illinois).

Ships on Springtail Clay, can be cultured in the cups they ship in. Up to 500 ship in one cup, orders of 600+ will ship in multiple cups.

Originally collected by Ryne of Springtails US via tullgren funnel from a forest floor soil sample outside of Oglesby, Illinois. Common in soil and cave environments. Range/distribution global.
