50 Seira dowlingi
A great arid/semi-arid option. This species has an aversion to light and a subterranean lifestyle that means you won’t see much of them until they grow in population. This line is pure, some others in the hobby may be contaminated with Lepidocyrtus springtails.

Seira dowlingi are a great cleanup crew option for semi-dry to dry and moderate to low humidity enclosures. They will still require access to a small area of permanent moisture such as sphagnum moss under a water dish. See the Cleanup Crew Guides for more information: www.springtails.us/cleanup-crew-guides
-
Culture Seira dowlingi on soil with a moisture gradient with moderate to high ventilation. Feed yeast, dry rice, or Springtails US springtail food mixes. See the Care Guides for more information: www.springtails.us/care-guides
